Morton Ward is very pleased to have been chosen once again by Heriot-Watt University, after a pitch process, to develop an inspiring new Discovery and Innovation campaign to promote and encourage cross-discipline collaboration and entrepreneurship between students and departments within the University.
Heriot-Watt places a huge emphasis on the development of practical ideas and solutions through pioneering research, ranking 9th in the UK and 1st in Scotland for its impact. From discovery to application, the University fosters a strong culture of innovation, enterprise, and entrepreneurialism, delivering real-world solutions that transform society and drive the economy.
The new campaign for Discovery and Innovation must excite and inspire, acting as a catalyst and internal rallying cry to encourage students, staff and researchers from across all of Heriot-Watt’s campuses to collaborate. It must also promote the University’s leading impact to external audiences, helping to influence and build deep beneficial industry partnerships around the world.
Morton Ward will shortly begin working with Heriot-Watt to develop the key campaign visual concepts and messaging, before translating to all print and digital communication materials. In addition, we will be helping with the development of ‘pop-in’ spaces across campuses, leading up to the launch of a dedicated centre for Discovery and Innovation at Heriot-Watt in 2019.
